Terms & Conditions BALOLO X Elgato 2026
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by BALOLO, represented by STARTFABRIK GmbH (Schloßstr. 2, 53773 Hennef, Germany), and Elgato, represented by Corsair GmbH (Landshuter Allee 10, 80637 Munich, Germany).
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram and is not associated with Instagram.
2. Prize
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the term "prize" refers to:
- one Elgato Embrace Chair
- a $500 (USD) voucher for the BALOLO online store.
3. Participation & Participation Period
By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
Participation is free of charge and independent of any purchase. All entries must be received by February 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (CET).
Participation takes place via Instagram and is open internationally. Only persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Automated entries are not permitted and will result in exclusion from the giveaway.
Employees of STARTFABRIK GmbH and Corsair GmbH are excluded from participation.
4. Conditions of Participation
To participate, participants must:
- Follow @balolo, @elgato, and @elgatode on Instagram,
- Like the respective giveaway post, and
- Leave a comment under the post tagging two other accounts.
5. Determination of the Winner & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by STARTFABRIK GmbH and Corsair GmbH within seven (7) days of the end of the giveaway.
The winner will be notified via Instagram or email within this period. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the organizers reserve the right to select a new winner.
6. Responsibilities & Prize Processing
The $500 (USD) voucher for the BALOLO online shop will be issued and provided exclusively by STARTFABRIK GmbH and sent digitally by email to the email address provided by the winner.
Corsair GmbH is solely responsible for shipping and providing the Elgato Embrace Chair.
Each party is only liable for the proper fulfillment of the prize component it provides. Liability for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond their control, in particular with regard to shipping service providers or customs authorities, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Any taxes, customs duties, or import duties incurred in connection with the prize shall be borne by the winner.
7. Liability
STARTFABRIK GmbH and Corsair GmbH accept no liability for entries that are not received or for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of STARTFABRIK GmbH and Corsair GmbH in connection with the giveaway or these terms and conditions of participation is limited to the cost price of the respective prize.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost benefits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. Cash payment is excluded. If a prize is no longer available for any reason, the organizers reserve the right to provide an equivalent or higher-value replacement prize.
8. Data Protection
The winner's name, address, email address, and telephone number must be provided to STARTFABRIK GmbH and Corsair GmbH upon request in order to enable the prize to be processed.
The personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and fulfilling the prize. After the giveaway has ended, the data will be deleted unless there are legal obligations to retain it.

9. Early Termination
STARTFABRIK GmbH and Corsair GmbH reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the giveaway or these terms and conditions in whole or in part at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. Participants shall have no claims against organizers in the event of early termination or modification of the giveaway.
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. Announcement of the Winner
The winner's name and social media username may be published on the social media profiles of BALOLO and Elgato.
11. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
